Job Title: IT Account Director About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Account Director to join our team at NMS Recruit Limited. As an IT Account Director, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and bringing on new business through cold calling and prospecting. Key Responsibilities: • Manage 30+ existing accounts and develop new business opportunities • Sell a range of IT solutions and services to new accounts • Complete the sales cycle from lead generation to close of sale • Target new business through various mediums, including direct communications and LinkedIn • Work closely with current partners and vendors to maximize opportunities • Create and review a sales strategy and business plan to achieve commercial targets • Maintain and update product knowledge, sales skills, and commercial acumen Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' experience working for a UK IT reseller • Proven ability to open new accounts and meet commercial targets • Ability to work at IT and Procurement Director level • Real-life examples of shaping and pricing estimates and negotiating margins above industry average Benefits: • Free private medical insurance after probation • Pension scheme after probation • Length of service awards • Staff referral scheme • Annual leave with carry forward policy (23 days per annum) • Commission earned during probation • Bonus payment Probationary Period: 6 months, conducted with the COO, with monthly reviews and quarterly reviews after probation Important Information: We will process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
