About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead our Client Services team and drive business growth through exceptional client relationships and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and motivating internal teams.
  • Lead client content production, manage shoots, and collaborate with producers, directors, and editors.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other Account Directors to optimize resource allocation and ensure team members have suitable workloads.
  • Line manage Client Services team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support for career development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Account Director in a social-first agency.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Solutions-focused with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate internal teams and negotiate with suppliers and partners.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workplace.
