About the Role

Hampshire County Council's Education Catering service is seeking a dedicated Mobile Catering Unit Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to provide vital support to kitchen teams, while promoting healthy eating habits among children.

You will be responsible for managing a mobile kitchen unit, producing delicious meals from fresh ingredients for customers across the New Forest and Dorset area. With a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, you will lead a team of staff, promoting a positive work environment and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of a mobile kitchen unit, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Develop and implement menu plans, considering dietary requirements and nutritional value
Requirements
