Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with residents to understand their dietary needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
About You:
You will have a genuine passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will be a natural communicator, a team player with a can-do attitude, and a sense of fun.
You will take pride in understanding our residents' needs and leading them through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way.
You will have qualified to City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering/Cookery and have previous experience in a similar role.
