Lead Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced Lead Kitchen Manager to join our team at Colten Care Limited in Lymington, Hampshire.

About the Job:

  • Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and meal quality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with residents to understand their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.

About You:

You will have a genuine passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will be a natural communicator, a team player with a can-do attitude, and a sense of fun.

You will take pride in understanding our residents' needs and leading them through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way.

You will have qualified to City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering/Cookery and have previous experience in a similar role.
