Catering Manager Position

The Hampshire County Council is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Catering Unit Manager to join their team. As a key member of the catering service, you will be responsible for managing a mobile kitchen unit, providing nutritious food to children in schools across the New Forest and Dorset area.
This is a permanent, term-time only contract with a minimum 24 days annual leave entitlement taken in school holidays. The hourly rate is £12.51 per hour, plus a mileage allowance of 45p.
Responsibilities- Manage a mobile kitchen unit, ensuring high-quality food production and customer satisfaction
- Supervise a team of staff, promoting a positive work environment and adhering to company policies
- Travel to various schools, adapting to different kitchen environments and teams
