About the Role
As a Regional Account Manager at RELX, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and developing long-term relationships with them to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet their business objectives. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and promote the company's brand reputation in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities include establishing great, long-term customer relationships while capturing high-value growth opportunities, recording client engagement and communication on a CRM, and collaborating with all business functions locally and globally to support our go-to-market outreach. Additionally, you will be able to maintain high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, and social media, and visit clients regularly. Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English is required, with Portuguese being a plus.
