Unlock your potential as a Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness with Red Bull UK

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and winning relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region. Your goal will be to ensure Red Bull is visible and available in key locations, making it the number one energy drink in fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a fitness database in your region, prioritizing opportunities to drive availability of Red Bull and win new accounts.
  • Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to create brand awareness and education.
  • Develop a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, complementing the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level.
  • Possess a passion and experience in the fitness industry, understanding the type of venues you'll be working with and how they operate.
  • Track record in achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Travel 80-90%.
