Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Great Yarmouth Premier Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, using our menu and drinks options.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of community.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £11.79 per hour.
  • A fixed-term contract until 05/12/2024.
  • Guaranteed hours of 16 hours per week, spread over 4 days.
