We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader Front of House to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee and maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety in the Front of House area.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to ensure accurate records and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy, with experience using POS systems.
