Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the Front of House area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- Monitor and control stock inventory, analyzing consumption and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote and publicize the German Doner Kebab brand, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Monitor Front of House operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the Front of House, driving sales and profit growth through effective management and leadership.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company uniform standards, maintaining a professional and consistent image.
- Meet and greet guests, organizing table reservations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage to meet customer demand.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
- Prepare cash drawers and provide petty cash as required, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist in any position of the Front of House as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
- Take a proactive role in encouraging teamwork, cooperation, harmony, productivity, and a positive attitude within the working environment.
- Complete all necessary daily reports, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Attend training and meetings as required, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as designated by Operations Manager, supporting the business and driving growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Duty Manager within the Food Industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Demonstrated experience in guest service management, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Extensive knowledge of guest care, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building customer loyalty.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Financial management skills, with a focus on driving sales and profit growth through effective management and leadership.
