Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Back of House team to achieve exceptional food quality and guest service standards.
- Implement and maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency across the restaurant.
- Monitor and control controllable costs, including stock levels, labor, and waste, to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene standards, with the ability to implement and maintain these standards in the restaurant.
