We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Care Manager to join our team at Cambian West. As a Therapeutic Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to children with complex mental health needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have significant experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting, and possess excellent leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children aged 12-18 years old with ongoing mental health needs, neurodevelopmental needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • To work closely with the psychiatry team, psychologists, therapists, educators, practice nurses, therapeutic practitioners, and residential care workers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Registered with RCOT
  • Significant experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
