About the Role:

A skilled Document Controller is required to join our client, a leading residential developer based in South West London. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for managing electronic document management systems, developing project files, and coordinating with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to ensure seamless documentation flow across sites and head office.
  • Develop and organize project files for all documentation, ensuring timely delivery and easy access.
  • Process incoming documentation from consultants, distribute it to relevant stakeholders, and file documents securely.
  • Coordinate interfaces between Document Control teams at head office and site-based operations.
  • Create, issue, file, and track Variation Orders efficiently.
Requirements:
