What You'll Do

As a Project Documentation Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of project information and maintaining document distribution lists. You will also ensure the accuracy and integrity of all project documentation, including electronic and hardcopy documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing document control and quality assurance services
  • Maintaining compliance with project naming conventions and document control protocols
  • Ensuring accurate and timely revisions to project documentation
  • Managing workflows for review and status updates on project documentation

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with EDMS and Aconex.
