Job Overview

CV Library is seeking an experienced Administrative Document Manager to support our business operations. This role involves creating and managing documents, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring that all documentation meets the required standards.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have strong analytical abilities. They will also be responsible for creating document templates, converting project information into user-friendly documents, numbering and labeling documents for identification and reference, scanning, copying, and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders, tracking documents to maintain confidentiality, reviewing and revising documents for accuracy, liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements, and training document specialists and other employees on document systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create document templates and manage document control processes
  2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all documentation meets the required standards
  3. Develop and implement effective document management systems
  4. Provide training and support to document specialists and other employees
  5. Maintain accurate records of document creation, revision, and distribution

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in document management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Salary: $55,000 - $72,000 per year.
