Job Description

We are seeking an Information Manager to join our team, responsible for managing project documents and coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documents on Procore and Sharepoint platforms.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Liaise with project teams and external parties for information distribution and coordination.
  • Perform quality and compliance checks on documents.
  • Collaborate with project members to ensure document requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain document templates.
  • Retrieve files as requested.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller for a Main Contractor.
  • Familiarity with Procore and Sharepoint software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Strong filing and organization skills for document storage.
  • Typing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
