**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Document Manager to join our team at Integral. This role will be responsible for managing and controlling project documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards and procedures.

The successful candidate will maintain document control systems, handle documentation efficiently, and provide support to project teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring Field View software to meet project requirements, including templates, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Developing training materials, guides, and tutorials.
  • Supporting the rollout of Field View across new business workstreams.
  • Maintaining and organizing a systematic approach to document management, ensuring all documents are stored, accessible, accurate, complete, and version-controlled.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with project teams, departments, and external parties to ensure document control requirements are met.
