About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner Manager to join our team at IGT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our largest Partners and Operators, developing trusted relationships and driving revenue growth for both parties.

Key responsibilities
  1. Develop and build strong relationships with tier 1 accounts to drive revenue growth and improve business outcomes.
  2. Be the primary point of contact for accounts, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Conduct regular review meetings with partners and operators to present key performance data and goals, and assist with data reporting to evaluate their performance.
  4. Manage the on-boarding process for new partners, providing commercial support and input on potential new studio products.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and provide support to ensure their success.
  6. Responsible for partner revenues generated by nominated Operator/Partner accounts.
  7. Develop and execute a sales account plan to maintain and grow existing partner and operator revenues.
  8. Research and identify opportunities to place existing or new products into new markets and/or accounts.
  9. Provide feedback on industry trends and customer needs to inform our commercial strategy.
  10. Help identify opportunities to increase awareness of the partner business both internally and externally.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and roadmaps.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales/business development, confident in presenting to potential new clients. The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve commercial objectives, eager to build strong relationships, and passionate about delivering results.
