Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Glenn Cleaning & Support Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and expand our client base.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector, with strong negotiation and communication skills. They will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
The salary for this role is £38,500-£75,000 per year, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits, including a company car, company pension, health and wellbeing programme, on-site parking, and referral programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships
- To implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base
- To work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans and goals
- To maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and performance
