Job Summary

As an Account Management Executive at NFP, an Aon company (Europe), you will play a key role in handling personal lines policies for mid-high net-worth clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Main Tasks:

  • Maintain a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Process new business and transfers in accordance with FCA guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain technical knowledge
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance responsibilities

Key Skills:

  • Candidates should possess experience in general insurance and customer service
  • Familiarity with car, van, standard homes/thatched homes, classic car/motor cycle & travel type policies is required
  • Negotiation skills and FCA compliant process knowledge are essential

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, working 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday. The role is based in Hemel Hempstead.
