Accounts/Sales Development Manager

Osborne Appointments is recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client, a well-established designer and manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential wallcoverings.
Key Details:
- Full-time position with regular working hours from 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Office-based location in Hemel Hempstead
- Annual salary of £28,000 + bonus opportunity
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous success in an outbound B2B telesales role, with experience in implementing strategies to identify and maximise business opportunities within targeted accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Proactively investigate inactive accounts and implement plans to re-activate them
- Maintain accurate records via CRM systems
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate with proficiency in CRM systems
