Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Sports Science to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality teaching and learning materials, as well as assessing student performance and providing feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and assess students in a variety of settings, including lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and feedback.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Contribute to the development of the Sports Science curriculum and ensure that it is relevant and up-to-date.
- Participate in quality assurance and enhancement activities, including module evaluation and programme review.
- Engage with colleagues and students to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Master's degree in Sports Science or a related field.
- Experience of teaching and assessing students in a higher education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
