Business Manager

The Channel Recruiter Ltd is seeking a Business Manager to lead our displays category. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive growth, manage key brands, and develop a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Negotiating favourable terms with vendors
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills and performance
- Leading QBRs and MBRs to drive forward planning and development
We estimate the salary range for this role to be £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in Burnley.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Audio Visual, Displays, and/or LED, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
