Key Responsibilities
  • Advising senior leadership on HR policies and employee relations
  • Overseeing recruitment and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards
  • Managing performance appraisals, training programmes, and well-being initiatives
  • Administering employee benefits and conducting salary benchmarking
  • Leading HR compliance and reporting, including maintaining the Single Central Register
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess CIPD qualifications, proven experience in generalist HR roles, including employee relations and HR advisory support. Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers are essential.
