At SF Recruitment (Nottingham), we are seeking an experienced Ledger Management Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage a busy ledger, work collaboratively with a well-developed accounts team, and provide exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Setting up new suppliers and updating existing records in the ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Reconciling invoices, credit notes, and bank statements to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, providing timely and reliable support to the management team.
- Manage and maintain a busy ledger, including setting up new suppliers and updating existing records.
- Reconcile invoices, credit notes, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and colleagues, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve targets, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, protecting sensitive information and maintaining data security.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
