At SF Recruitment (Nottingham), we are seeking an experienced Ledger Management Professional to join our dynamic team. About the Role
  • Setting up new suppliers and updating existing records in the ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
  • Reconciling invoices, credit notes, and bank statements to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, providing timely and reliable support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain a busy ledger, including setting up new suppliers and updating existing records.
  2. Reconcile invoices, credit notes, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and colleagues, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve targets, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, protecting sensitive information and maintaining data security.
