We are a dynamic business in Burton Upon Trent, seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join our finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing and supplier management. This role is perfect for an individual with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, ready to make an immediate impact.
This challenging position involves:
- Processing high volumes of invoices and handling end-to-end purchase ledger duties
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in coding, matching, and entering invoices
- Managing reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
