Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for M&E and refrigeration projects.
  • Procurement & Tendering: Oversee the procurement process, evaluate contractor and supplier bids, and provide recommendations.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with both project specifications and legal requirements.
  • Financial Oversight: Track project costs, monitor cash flow, and identify cost control measures to maintain profitability.
  • Risk Management: Assess potential financial risks and provide strategies for mitigating them.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work alongside project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure M&E and refrigeration systems are integrated effectively.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Benefits Package

You will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes attractive bonuses and career progression opportunities.
