  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organising, managing, and closing projects.">
  • Support reporting on project budget, time, and safety.">
  • Monitor project execution strategy and plan.">
  • Develop and update programme regularly.">
  • Avoid and resolve conflicts within the team and with third parties.">
  • Coordinate the project team.">
  • Progress commercial change management.">
  • Client focal contact, including site visits where required.">
  • Internal and external monitoring, reporting, and forecasting.">
  • Hold team members accountable for delivery, motivation, and management.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • Experience in multi-discipline projects, preferably in an EPCM/EPC company.">
  • Knowledge of construction activities across all disciplines and how they integrate for successful project delivery.">
  • Practical knowledge of various phases of engineering and construction projects, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning.">
  • Understanding of common standard forms of contract, particularly NEC.">
  • Result-oriented individual who delivers top-quality results and satisfies clients.">
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with a 'one-time right' mentality.">
  • Ability to delegate tasks while maintaining oversight of project activities.">
  • Experience working with change control procedures and convincing clients of budget and planning implications.">
  • Possess excellent motivational skills to drive team performance.">

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.">
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.">
  • APM qualification or working towards it.">
  • Experience in highly regulated process industries.">

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
