We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Purchase Ledger team as a Purchasing Ledger Assistant.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing ledger, including:

  • Matching and posting of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconciling discrepancies and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with suppliers and other departments to resolve issues
  • Managing payment runs and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Providing support with intercompany reconciliations

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in accounts payable and gain experience in a dynamic and global company like Pirelli.

Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Candidate must be studying an Accounting or Finance related degree
