As a Technical Service Engineer at Professional Technical Ltd, you will play a crucial part in providing telephone technical support to customers, preparing quotations for service work, and developing relationships with key accounts. Your responsibilities will include relaying accurate details to the customer base and Field Service, thorough knowledge of operations and procedures for entering quotes, new jobs, and orders onto the Service Management System, and ensuring that telephones are covered throughout the working day.
The ideal candidate will possess a technical service engineering or technical sales background, experience with a product range for an engineering or manufacturing company, and strong communication skills. They should also be able to acquire new customers from both the service and sales databases.
