Job Title: Service Support Target Operating Model Designer

We are seeking a skilled Service Support Target Operating Model Designer to join our team at Qualserv Consulting Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing efficient service support models for our clients.

About the Role:

This is a 6-month contract based in Gloucester, with a competitive daily rate of £480 inside IR35 via an umbrella company only. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, service re-design, and operating model design, with experience working in an Agile or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service support models that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop design principles, and facilitate workshops
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new models
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working on projects involving process improvement, service re-design, service support, or operating model design
  • Experience of working in an Agile or project-based environment
  • Experience of working in a local Authority / other public sector environment
  • Project / programme management qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) or similar service support frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Local Authority procurement, payroll or HR expertise
