Operational Control Centre Team Lead

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an experienced Operational Control Centre Team Lead to join our team at Serco, a leading provider of justice services.

About the Role

As an Operational Control Centre Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of OCC Controllers, providing end-to-end operational management, and ensuring the smooth delivery of prisoner escort services across the South of England regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of OCC Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of operational objectives
  • Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring compliance with SOPs, LOPs, and legal requirements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure the effective management of welfare and Health and Safety within the operational environment

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of data and information
