Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Control Centre Manager to lead our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our Operational Control Centre (OCC) team, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of custodies across the South of England region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end operational management within the South of England region
  • Manage stakeholders and adhere to SOPs/LOPs, legal and contractual compliance
  • Ensure the welfare and Health and Safety of team members and custodies
  • Provide first-line management to a team of OCC Controllers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on logistics and scheduling
  • Computer literacy and ability to assimilate large volumes of data
  • People management experience and excellent communication skills
