About the Role

As a Catering Manager at Sodexo, you will be responsible for leading and managing all catering operations to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the catering team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and execute menus in alignment with client preferences and nutritional guidelines.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food hygiene regulations, and Sodexo policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to feedback and enhancing the dining experience.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in catering or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control expertise.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for food and service excellence, with the ability to innovate and adapt to client needs.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
