Salary: £33,000

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage all catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Supervise and develop the catering team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Plan and execute menus in alignment with client preferences and nutritional guidelines.

Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food hygiene regulations, and Sodexo policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to feedback and enhancing the dining experience.

Innovate and identify opportunities to improve services and introduce new offerings.

What you bring:

Proven experience in catering or hospitality management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control expertise.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A passion for food and service excellence, with the ability to innovate and adapt to client needs.

Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
