Role Summary

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner within our Mental Health Triage and Response Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the clinical environment is conducive to promoting service users' health, safety, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide responsive and flexible support to individuals experiencing mental health crisis.

The ideal candidate will possess post-registration experience in mental health, with a proven track record of working effectively with service users, families, and carers. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe management of medicines, adhering to safe practice and principles of administration, and contributing to the development and implementation of specialist assessments, including risk.

Main Duties
  • Ensure the clinical environment is conducive to promoting service users' health, safety, and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum (pro rata), plus excellent benefits, including flexible working requests and opportunities for career growth.
