Job Title: Nightcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nightcare Support Worker. As a Night Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

About the Role:
As a Nightcare Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality personal care and support to our service user during nighttime hours. This includes assisting with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, medication administration, and promoting independence and daily living skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and medication administration
  • Assist with independence, college attendance, and daily activities
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive living environment

Requirements:
  • Attentive, flexible, calm, patient, and understanding
  • Experience preferred, but full training will be provided
  • Driving license is essential

Salary: £14.00/hr for day shifts, £17.00/hr for night shifts
