About the Role
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Worker to join our team in supporting SEND schools across Bootle. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs.

- Support teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.">
- Contribute to the social, emotional, and academic development of students with a range of SEND, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional and behavioural challenges.">
Requirements

- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children or young people with SEND.">
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students' learning needs.">
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a dynamic team and travel to various SEND schools in Bootle.">
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).">
- A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.">
