NutraCo, a leading provider of Clinical Nutrition Services, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will address nutrition-related health problems in residents, working closely with other dietitians and facility staff to ensure optimal care. Your expertise will be invaluable in partnering with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care plans.
This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers.
We are committed to supporting your professional growth through 5 CEU credits upon completion of our training program.
Key Responsibilities:- Address nutrition-related health issues in residents
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Work closely with facility staff to manage resident care plans
- A degree in Dietetics or related field
- Experience working in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
