Clinical Care Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Clinical Care Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality care for residents with compassion and initiative.
This position requires a Registered Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration and experience in caring for older people and those with dementia. The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
You will also need to be a natural leader with clinical mentor experience and dedicated, ambitious, and resilient with a track record of delivering quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage delivery of nursing and mental health care
- Assess resident needs and implement care plans
- Plan rotas and recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services
