
Mental Health Care Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Nurse to lead our mental health care team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs and implementing individualized care plans that make a tangible difference in their daily lives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence within the unit
- Maintain strong relationships with local healthcare authorities and social services
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to ensure optimal team performance
- Plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of exceptional nursing and mental health care
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
- Experience in caring for older adults and those with dementia
- A proven track record of developing effective care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership skills, including experience as a clinical mentor
