About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Senior Care Assistant to oversee the care team within our Millbrook House Nursing Home.

Responsibilities include ensuring care staff adhere to CQC guidelines, providing exceptional care to residents, and supervising less experienced staff members.

Required skills and experience: excellent communication and written skills, previous experience in elderly care settings, self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential qualifications: NVQ level 2 in health and social care.
