Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Education Lead. The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services, including medicines reconciliation, checking medical notes, and monitoring for adverse drug reactions. They will also lead on the development and delivery of relevant clinical education workstreams, including safe prescribing curricula for medical students and doctors in training.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing clinical pharmacy services, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong commitment to clinical education and patient safety.
