Senior Pharmacist Primary Care

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Pharmacist in Primary Care at our Primary Care Hub in Sefton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to updating and implementing prescribing policy and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Pharmacy and experience of working in urgent care and/or primary care. You will also have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience and in-depth therapeutic and clinical knowledge.
We offer a competitive salary of £61,000 per annum, 27 days annual leave, and opportunities for Continue Professional Development. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to updating and implementing prescribing policy
- Work with care home staff to improve safety of medicines ordering and administration
- Reconcile medicines following discharge from hospitals and intermediate care
