Job Summary

Alcedo Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three months' experience in complex care and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing personalized care services, including oral hygiene and catheter care, as well as supporting clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Providing complex personal care services to clients in their own homes
    • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
    • Administering and documenting medication
    • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions

Salary and Benefits
