We are a well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising of many of the world's most recognised brands.
Our company is poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and we are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Recruitment Consultant to work closely with our longstanding team.
The role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by Resourcers, the primary focus will be on achieving targets through the expansion of existing business, as well as generating new leads. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the end-to-end management of both clients and candidates alike, from co-ordinating quality job specifications right through to aftercare and service calls. They should have a track record of meeting targets through both expanding upon existing business opportunities, as well as generating new clients.
What we offer:
We provide a basic salary of approximately £40,000 per annum and an excellent commission structure with an estimated OTE of around £65,000. We also offer outstanding working conditions in a mature and enjoyable environment, along with excellent personal development opportunities in a business that has massive potential for expansion and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- To identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- To negotiate and agree salaries, terms and conditions of employment with clients.
- To advise and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- To continually expand and improve our network of contacts, including social media and professional networks.
