We are seeking a dedicated SEN professional to join our team as a Strategic Lead for SEN and Inclusion. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and implement SEN strategies that benefit learners across Pivot. You will work closely with SENCOs, staff, learners, and external agencies to ensure every child with SEN receives the necessary support.

About the Role
  • You will develop and implement SEN policies that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs and staff to provide high-quality support for children with SEN.
  • Work with external agencies to secure additional resources and support for learners.
  • Advocate for SEND and inclusion within the organisation and wider community.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEN leadership or management.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to promoting inclusivity and supporting learners with SEND.
