About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and caring individual to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a Pastoral Assistant, you will be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to students, addressing their individual needs, and collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behavior and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing pastoral care and support to students, addressing their individual needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behavior and well-being.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of personal, social, health, and economic (PSHE) education programs.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they receive the appropriate care and guidance.
- Fostering a safe and inclusive school environment, promoting respect and understanding among students.

Requirements:

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
