Job Description:
The SEN Provision Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive the support they need to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with SEN.

About the Role:
Your key responsibilities will include developing and applying EHCPs to meet student needs, supporting teachers in planning and schemes of work for SEN and Inclusion, monitoring SEND student standards and achievement against targets, and overseeing planning and schemes of work for SEN and Inclusion. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Develop strategies and provide guidance to colleagues to support student needs
  • Support colleagues in managing student behaviour using school policy and procedures
  • Able to relate well with children and adults

About You:
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a learning environment, exceptional understanding of special educational needs, and supervisory experience. You should also have exceptional interpersonal skills to work within a team and be able to use initiative to work independently and make decisions. A strong administrative skillset and ability to accurately record data is essential. We would also like to see a knowledge of the SEN code of practice and ideal training in relevant strategies.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
