Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to join our team in a Primary School setting. As a key member of our inclusive learning team, you will provide personalized support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, developing tailored strategies to enhance their communication skills and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality support to pupils with SEND, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet individual needs.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver personalized learning plans, ensuring students receive the necessary accommodations to thrive.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and team members.
